Reformer Retreats is the UK’s most established provider of luxury Reformer retreats, launching in 2021 with a vision to redefine the Pilates holiday experience. In 2026 and 2027, we return to two extraordinary locations - the wild beauty of the Lake District and the golden calm of Northern Spain  - and we launch a new venue in the Cotswolds - to host retreats that combine intelligent movement, refined wellness and architectural elegance.

Designed for sophisticated women who value quality, depth and integrity, our retreats are about more than just Pilates. They are a space to step away from the noise and reconnect to your body, your breath and yourself.

Each Pilates holiday includes four nights and five days in a private, design-led setting. You’ll experience four Reformer duet sessions, daily Classical mat Pilates, guided breathwork and restorative Yoga Nidra, all led by experienced and trusted teachers. Our retreats are intentionally intimate, allowing for individual attention and a truly personal experience.

Nourishment is at the heart of everything we do. Guests enjoy seasonal, plant-based fine dining prepared by private chefs, as well as access to expert holistic therapists offering a range of deeply restorative treatments.
