Each luxury Pilates retreat includes three to four nights in stunning private homes and boutique venues across the UK and Europe. Guests enjoy four Reformer duet sessions, daily Classical mat Pilates, guided breathwork and restorative Yoga Nidra — all taught by highly experienced teachers with a deep understanding of the method.
