Who are the Pilates teachers?

The weekend included expert tuition and will be led by classically trained third generation Pilates teachers, Sophie, Louise and Rikke. Whether you are new to Pilates or already a Pilates pro, the teachers aim to deepen knowledge of Pilates whilst tailoring classes to make sure you are challenged to a level that suits you. 

Is the event Covid covered?

Even though life seems well on its way to returning to normal, the fear of another lockdown or Covid related restrictions is still very present for many of us.
