This one day retreat brings a holistic approach to managing your menopause, your health & nutrition with group pilates sessions and guided meditation & mindfulness.
We have brought together a leading group of experts to share their professional knowledge, experience and guidance:

All profits from the day will be donated to Women Conquering Cancer, set up to help Liverpool Women's Hospital purchase a Mona Lisa Touch Laser. This laser offers relief to women suffering from chronic urogenital symptoms.

All sessions are optional, you can dip into as much or as little as you'd like.
Speakers will be available during refreshments & lunch to chat to.

A pop up shop selling pilates clothes, socks and equipment will be available through the day.
Please wear comfortable gear - you'll be streching in our pilates session and bring a wrap of throw for the meditation.

Where is the Pilates retreat?
Hope Street Hotel is a contemporary, boutique Spa Hotel located on Hope Street in the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool. There is parking in an NCP carpark a few minutes walk from the hotel. If you are arriving by train to Liverpool Lime Street, the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk or if arriving by plane, it is a 15 minute cab ride from John Lennon airport.
