This is our second retreat to this venue and we can guarantee that our retreat offers a totally unique & boutique pilates and wellness experience with the very best pilates teaching.
Join us in an architecturally designed Catalan masia in Northern Spain - a 5* haven for wellness and restoration just 20 minutes from Girona and 90 minutes from Barcelona.
This 4 night / 5 day retreat will challenge, inspire and deepen your pilates practice or introduce you to the reformer, tower and wunda chair, if you've not had a go before. We cater to all levels from beginner to advanced.
Every detail of the weekend has been carefully considered to create a well balanced schedule of daily movement practices to include group reformer, tower, wunda chair, barrel and mat pilates, small group aerial yoga, meditation/relaxation session & cooking workshops. Private holistic treatments are available to book throughout the retreat.

We have 8 luxurious bedrooms available for guests - 4 twin rooms and 4 private double rooms. All bedrooms have been thoughtfully refurbished and feature their own en-suite bathrooms.
A local Spanish chef will prepare a delicious plant based menu - with fresh juices and healthy snacks available through the retreat along with food demonstrations in the beautiful working kitchen.
Our retreat venue has a no alcohol and no smoking policy to allow you to completely switch off and reset.
All reformer, tower, wunda chair and mat pilates will take place in a calm and glass fronted studio with sliding doors overlooking the pool and framed by a beautiful courtyard garden. The studio also has 8 yoga hammocks and included in the weekend is an aerial yoga session.
Guests can dip in to as much or as little as they want.
You'll have time to take advantage of our retreat venue and all it has to offer - a salt water pool, sauna, an ofuro hot tub, plenty of sunshine and shady areas to enjoy Northern Spain in the spring (approx temp at this time of year is 24 degrees).
Holistic treatment therapists are available daily providing the most unforgettable sessions - to include Massage, Shiatsu, Shamanic Energy Healing, BioMagnetic Healing, Tarot and Reflexology . These are available as additional treatments.
